The Virtual Students' Dental Conference expects Dental Students, Young Dentists and Postgraduate Students to read the Terms & Conditions carefully and abide with the rules indicated before registering. Your registration is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all presenters, participants and others who wish to register in the Conference. If you disagree with any part of the terms, your registration will forfeit immediately.

- The Virtual Students' Dental Conference©, VSDC© [2016] runs strictly under The Gulf Dental Students and Young Dentists Association©, GDSA© [2014].
- Subject to the express provisions of these terms and conditions:
(a) We own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our Conference and the material on our Conference's page, platform and emails; and
(b) All the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our Conferencee and the material on our Conference's page, platform and emails are reserved.
Privacy Policy

- This Privacy Statement explains what types of information the VSDC and its wholly owned subsidiaries (“VSDC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect from or about presenters to, or participants of, our Virtual Students' Dental Conference, and describes our practices for collecting, using, retaining, protecting, disclosing, and transferring such information.
- This Privacy Statement applies to personal information and other information collected by the VSDC from or about you when you register in the Conference.
- The VSDC does not sell or provide presenter's or participant's contact information to outside companies, organizations or individuals.
- The VSDC's presenters or participants have the option to remove their contact information (address, phone and email) from the searchable online member directory if they so choose.
- The VSDC may use information that we collect from or about you, including any personal information:
(a) To identify you
(b) To provide ongoing service and support, including event-related communications
(c) To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information
(d) To notify you about changes to our Conference programs or forms
(e) To improve our Conference, services, and materials including by developing data analytics and reports about your and others’ use of them
- The VSDC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. The revised Privacy Policy is effective at the time of posting to www.thegdsa.org.
Age Limitation

- Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend the Conference, and all related events.
- Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to the Conference's Organization Board.
Photography, Audio and Video Recording
​
- The VSDC is held online, therefore we do not prohibit participants, presenters, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some Conference activities.
- The VSDC reserves the right to use images taken of your performance as a speaker, presenter or participant at the Conference in future marketing materials.
Admittance
​
- In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.
Breaches of these Terms & Conditions

- Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:
(a) Send you one or more formal warnings;
(b) Temporarily suspend your access to our Conference;
(c) Permanently prohibit you from accessing our Conference;
(d) Block computers using your IP address from accessing our website;
- Where we suspend or prohibit or block your access to our Conference or a part of our Conference, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking[ (including without limitation [creating and/or using a different account])].

- We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.
- The revised terms and conditions shall apply to the use of our website from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on the website, and you hereby waive any right you may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of these terms and conditions.
