The 1st VSDC will be held on the 7th and 8th of October, 2016 at 2 PM KSA (11 AM GMT) to 8 PM KSA (5 PM GMT).

1. When is the 1st Virtual Students' Dental Conference going to be held?

2. Where is the 1st Virtual Students' Dental Conference taking place?

 

The 1st VSDC will be online on a platform that all registered participants will have access to.

 

The 1st VSDC runs exclusively under the Gulf Dental Students & Young Dentists Association.

3. What organization is hosting and organizing the Conference?

 

Dental Students, Young Dentists, Postgraduate Students, Dental Practitioners and any individual/entity that are interested in the dental field and its advancement.

4. Who can register in the 1st Virtual Students' Dental Conference?

 

You can check the Conference's Registration tab here for more information regarding registration or you can immediately sign up here.

5. How can I register for the 1st Virtual Students' Dental Conference?

 

Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon attending 75% of the Conference or more.

6. Will I receive a Certificate of Participation when I attend the Conference?

 

The Conference encourages all participants to send in their Abstracts to the Scientific Director: scientific@thegdsa.org before the 10th of September, 2016. More information regarding Abstract submission and guidelines are accessible here.

7. If I have a scientific research or a literature review, can I present it in the Conference?

8. How will I know if my Abstract got accepted?

The Scientific Director will be contacting every participant to update them with their Abstract's Status. Therefore, we encourage participants to regularly check their inboxes.

 

The 1st VSDC winners will receive valuable monetary prizes and the chance to be published in a Journal.

9. What will I receive if my eOral Presentation wins?

The 1st VSDC's Organization and Advisory Board will be pleased to answer any of your concerns when you reach out to them via their emails.
